Impact Magazine

A biannual publication, Impact Magazine is distributed to about 5,000 of the University of Vermont's most loyal donors, as well as digitally to more than 40,000 UVM alumni and annual donors. The purpose of this magazine is to inform and inspire philanthropy-related stories while providing a meaningful experience for alumni and donors featured in the publication. The gallery shows spreads from past publications.

Endowment Reports 

The endowment report is a powerful way of informing the donor(s) about the performance of the endowment. The packets include financial summaries, facts, and figures, as well as student letters. A key goal of this project is to provide a donor with a stewardship piece that demonstrates their impact on campus. To truly practice stewardship, one must surprise and delight the donor. This piece does just that. All names have been changed to protect the anonymity of the donors. 

Direct Mail - "What will be your legacy?" Project

The direct mailing was intended to encourage alumni and donors to consider making bequests to the university. The intention was to create something that would resonate with UVM's population by telling the story of a bequest gift UVM received back in 1889. This gift is still having a profound impact on our campus today. By providing alumni and donors with proof that they too can create an everlasting legacy that will benefit students for decades to come by adding UVM to their estate. Many new bequest gifts have come in as a result of this mailing.
